Did the loop today bottom part was very wet, boggy under foot so make sure you were good footwear. Climb up Djouce was straight forward but the loop was difficult.

At 509 metres (1,670 feet) Robber's Pass Hill is the summit of this lovely area of heathery moorland. The actual summit is slightly off the Wicklow Way, but it's close by and worth the detour.

Scotch Village, the remnants of a once-thriving Scottish settlement. Inhabited by Scottish farmers until the devastating Great Famine of 1845, most residents sought refuge in Canada, leaving the village deserted in its wake.

BE CAREFUL. Steep rough hillside up to mine tailings. Lead mine cave. Small stream emerging. Small entrance. Crawl in over puddle. Goes 50/60m back. Is ~maybe~ safe enough to go in. BEWARE if you go higher up there is a big chasam/cliff cave where people could easily slip and fall in. BE CAREFUL PLEASE. LEAVE NO TRACE.
