A repeat tour; we had to cut short the trip last summer after a severe thunderstorm. The tour is unique: rocks, lakes, gnarled pines, and the magnificent Bereblikk Hytta. Add to that the vibrant autumn colors, this is Norway at its best. We spent the whole day out in the mountains and didn't meet a soul.

The recommendation is limited. The site is very beautiful, close to nature, and features many good ideas, such as seating areas with mosquito nets. There's a boat rental and a swimming lake, among other amenities. However, given the size and expanse of the site, two showers and four toilets (one of which is at child height) are far from sufficient!

Beautiful campsite just under an hour's drive from Kristiansand. A car with a roof tent cost 350 NOK; shower tokens can be purchased at reception.

Actually, the entire tour is one big highlight. The journey is the destination. Repetition is the order of the day. Here we took our first break and watched a dipper searching for food.

Welcome to this hiking hut. Here you can experience nature, seek shelter, warm up, eat your snack and maybe even meet other people. The hut is open all year round and can be used free of charge. The hut is intended for day trips and not for overnight stays. However, you are welcome to spend the night in the surrounding nature. Treat the hut with care and help ensure that the guests who come after you also have a pleasant stay. Thank you for leaving the hut tidy.
