With the renovation work on our parish and pilgrimage church St. Veit, in St. Veit am Vogau, we are almost finished. The church shines in a new color, the stepped portal has been newly created, the laid out lawn, the flowers and the trees are sprouting. Since the east tower is infested by woodworm, the tower decoration with the tower crosses is missing. Every visitor is invited to visit the church, church tours are also offered.

The Attemsmoor. It extends over almost 15 hectares, of which 8 hectares are fens. Signage isn't the best, but there's plenty to discover in return.

Picturesquely enthroned there, on the hill in Schichenau, a district of St. Stefan im Rosental, the Schichenau chapel. The small sacred building, idyllically located between vineyards, is dedicated to the Mother of God. From here you have a wonderful view of St. Stefan.
