The Odemann Bridge crosses the Dove Elbe in the northern part of Curslack as part of Odemann's Heck. From the bridge you have great views of the Dove Elbe. The memorial plaque “Destruction through Work” on the bridge is noteworthy, reminding us of terrible times here.

The former Curslack-Neuengamme train station is now home to the Zum Alten Bahnhof restaurant, which includes a beer garden and five guest rooms. “Before the Zollenspieker we are the last gas station on the old track bed,” it says on the website. About the history: In 1912 the railway line via Curslack was ceremoniously inaugurated. The Vierländer Bahn ran from Bergedorf to Zollenspieker. With their own stop, the Curslackers had access to this means of transport, whose operation ended in 1953. The place name Curslack (Low German: Corslak) goes back to the word Cuwerslake, which names “a low swamp landscape that is highly exposed to the ingress of water”. Kuren stands for “seep” and lake for “moist meadow”. In fact, the area was regularly flooded until the 1950s. For this reason, the walls of the old Curslack houses are tiled so that the water could not cause much damage. https://www.hamburg.de/gehenswertes-curslack/
