approx 70 meters hike-your-bike to Big Shelter. Watch your rear-derailleur when pushing your bike in between some of the bigger rocks on the path.

Trying to reach Big Shelter from this side is much better via bike. There are a few hike-your-bike sections but those are much shorter than when attempting to reach on Old Turnpike from the west.
