This short path is a wide singletrack made from packed dirt. It keeps you off the highway and makes it possible to ride from east to central/west Los Altos Hills.

Boronda Lake features a couple scenic picnic areas with piers out over the water. A small arched bridge leads out to Sunfish Island from a trail on the side of the lake opposite the road. This is great place from which to enjoy beautiful Foothills Nature Preserve.

Great place to get a view of the historical rolling foothills of Byrne Preserve, which will change in color throughout the year, from bright green in the spring to a toasty yellow once the summer hits.

A resident of Los Altos Hills, writer Wallace Stegner didn't actually want a path named after him, so initially this trail was unnamed. However, since he enjoyed walking along it himself, it was finally named this way in 2010.

Beautiful redwood forest with a fun boardwalk along the riparian floodplain of Adobe Creek, as well as several picnic tables. Every year the Los Altos Parks & Recreation Department holds here the now-traditional Redwood Grove Summer Camp.
