Two houses, a beach, a later club These two houses have stood here longer than the watersports. They date back to the early days when the beach was still private and holidays meant: family, terrace, shade, sea. The Club de Vela came much later. Not a large yacht complex, but a simple sailing school on the beach, founded in 1998 based on practical experience. Boats in the sand, courses in the summer, silence in the winter. The houses are older than the club. They represent the first phase of the place. The club represents the second: from retreat to active coast. Today, both are visible simultaneously: closed shutters, empty beach, no wind in the sails. A place between two eras.
