A beautiful, small harbor in Dierhagen right on the Bodden.

For centuries, there was only a "landing place" in Dierhagen on the Bodden, which was constantly changing because the water level of the Bodden was always varying. It was not until 1887 that the port construction was completed after a one-year construction period. Now, in addition to fishing and freight transport, it was also possible to dock and handle passenger ships that had previously operated between Wustrow and Ribnitz. The marina on the right in the harbor area was created around 1982 on the initiative of the Dierhagen Angling Association under the direction of Walter Leu. The current "Boddenblick" restaurant was built in 1980 from a former farm building and was extensively renovated in 2009. In 2002, the harbor was expanded, also using EU funding, into a modern water hiking rest area with 54 berths and a social building. https://pages.ostseebad-dierhagen.de/de/ostseebad-dierhagen/streaming/detail/POI/p_100044103/hafen-dierhagen

A round of Zeesboot sailing is very relaxing. But often the wind disappears, right in the middle.

Idyllic small harbor on the Bodden. Especially beautiful and almost a bit romantic when no summer events are taking place there.

You absolutely must join the Bodden trip with a Zeesboot. With a light wind, it's simply wonderful. Dates can be inquired about at the harbor master's office. Very nice staff there. We always enjoy being at the harbor and having a coffee at the harbor master's.

Dierhagen's two harbors are located on the Bodden side. The larger of the two, the water sports rest area in Dierhagen Village, offers every comfort for recreational boaters with its 54 berths. In the Dändorf district, there is a small, cozy harbor – formerly a salt transshipment point, today it is a popular rest stop for water sports enthusiasts. Dierhagen Harbor and Water Sports Rest Area are equipped with modern restrooms and a boat slipway. Source: https://www.ostseebad-dierhagen.de/de/dierhagen/dierhagens-haefen/daendorf
