The Litberg, at 65 m above sea level, is the highest elevation in the district of Stade. The Gauß observation tower is located in the middle of the forest, 133 steps must be climbed to reach the top, and then a wonderful view of the surrounding nature awaits you. Many benches invite you to linger and swings are available for the children. A visit is recommended and interesting at the same time 👍🏼. Hiking and cycling paths lead along and to the Litberg.

Dreamlike beautiful hiking route and cycling route leads here through beautiful nature 💚. Whoever brings a lot of time and takes a break on the bench at the bridge, can with much luck discover one of the rare birds 🐦 that are located here. We were lucky once, but unfortunately we didn't have the camera ready fast enough. It had wonderful colors and a great appearance 🐦. A unique experience 😊.

Today I rode the Flowtrail, the root path along the train tracks and the three small descents in Neukloster Forst. I really liked the route and can recommend it. Fallen trees, I could ride around or push the bike. The root path along the railway line is not "easy", on some sections I had to push my bike. A resting place is located by the lake, a very beautiful spot to linger and relax. After the lake, the root path also begins.
