Old and narrow bridge over what used to be the Maremanya River. Now it barely carries water when it rains. This bridge connected Girona and Banyoles by the old road. It's not that it's pretty, but it's part of history.

Half a km from the Recacorba turn and following the asphalt road you reach the Puig Sou antennas. There are spectacular views of the Pla de l Estany and the Empordá. It's worth it. There is a fantastic ramp to jump, but you'll need a paraglider if you don't want to kill yourself! ;)

The castle in the small town of Palol de Revardit was built in the 15th/16th century, but a castle existed on this site as early as 1074. After 2005, it was extensively renovated. Unfortunately, we could only view it from the outside (on a Saturday afternoon), as all the doors were locked. We would also have liked to visit the interior and the exhibition. We were not able to find out when the castle is open.

Beautiful Romanesque bridge

Attached to the hermitage there is an open shelter, without surveillance or control. It is not clean, nor well-kept and at the top there is one of the openings without a window. In case of emergency you can take refuge there, but to begin with you don't feel like staying there!
