Lake Bolmen is a beautiful, clean and fantastic lake. It is the twelfth largest lake in Sweden and is known for its clean water, which can even be drunk, although it is purified before it comes out of our taps as drinking water.

At Byholma old station, the host couple Michael and Evelyn meet you. The host couple has a German background and serves alternating Swedish and German home cooking. Moose meat is always on the menu - how about a delicious moose burger or moose pizza? Of course, there are also fantastic Belgian waffles and ice cream here. Byholma old station is the perfect stop when cycling around Banvallsleden or Bolmen.
