The Demeter Rengoldshausen farm has been run biodynamically since 1932 and is one of the oldest Demeter farms in the world. The farm operates around 220 hectares of land. Part of this is used for vegetable gardening, while the other part is used for farming with field vegetables, grain and animal husbandry. They sell some of their valuable Demeter vegetables, the milk from their cows and meat from beef and chicken directly through their farm shop with attached farm café and through their delivery service "Die grüne Kiste". The remaining part is marketed through regional organic wholesalers. The Rengoldshausen educational center has 10 seminar rooms available, which invite you to spend the night directly on the farm.
