Ibirapuera Park is a haven of native vegetation in the heart of São Paulo, with many wooded areas that provide shade and a cooler climate along the trails. Walking or cycling here means traversing tall trees, well-maintained gardens, and stretches of forest that attract birds and other animals typical of the region.

Save running also at night. Park is guarded very well but no entry fee or ID required to run through the gate. Dedicated sport track with lots of activity and well illuminated. Open till 11pm. I also had no issues running there as every street is watched by private security cameras and guards.
