This is a great addition to Buenos Aires. I thought it was a super well organised place with a very family orientated feel to it. A very pretty park and busy for a good reason.

This is a tranquil little green island in the middle of one of the busiest road junctions in the city. In the centre of this square, there's a monument to the Italian nationalist general and politician Giuseppe Garibaldi. A bit strange, as he was an Italian general who fought for Uruguay against Argentina. This is a replica of a monument in Brescia, Italy.

This is a beautiful tree-lined plaza with a stone pergola, deer sculptures and a statue of General Juan Manuel de Rosas. The tree lined section is lovely and this is another fine plaza in Buenos Aires.

This is an imposing statue and one of many in the parks area of Buenos Aires. It is a bit of a shame it is on a roundabout on a busy junction as you can't get that close to have a good look at it.
