It's nice to look at and walk over but the spiral stairs up and down are a nightmare to get bikes up and down.

This bridleway is currently very overgrown and virtually unrideable at the moment. I can't understand why it's so overgrown unless it was the months of rain beforehand.

An RSPB nature reserve in the Tame Valley. Mainly focused on wetland birds but there is also meadow, woodland and farmland areas. Can get muddy and wet so appropriate footwear is important.

Fradley Junction, where the Coventry Canal meets the Trent & Mersey Canal, hosts a great little café over-looking the canal, with facilities in the courtyard. A pub, nature reserve and action at the canal locks make this a great place to have refreshments after your run. Can get a little busy due to location.
