November 25, 2025, Ahlbeck–Świnoujście Border Promenade

We follow the path, which leads us downhill step by step. The undergrowth around us is once again characterized by an abundance of dead ferns. This sight is fascinating. Shortly afterward, we walk parallel to the German-Polish border and reach the European Promenade between Ahlbeck and Świnoujście. It is the longest seaside promenade in Europe and connects Germany and Poland. Now accompanied by many people, the path leads to Świnoujście. We reach the border and now stand with one foot in Poland and one in Germany. The monument, which connects the border line in the shape of a bracket, is symbolic. The course of the border is clearly visible through the clearing of trees. Let's now walk a short distance along it, on the wooden boardwalk toward the water. https://youtu.be/EoS5sxZcnGA

The entire route is easy to ride. In the section Ahlbeck - Swinoujscie, we noticed the many benches in the long forest area, which follow one another at short intervals (always with a bike rack👍).
