Another good shelter in this area - there are a few here, and that's good. There's an interesting information board from the National Park about the drainage of the Warta River. And the views of the Masovian Canal are also quite nice.

There is a shelter with an interesting and unusual (at least for me) roof. There is also a parking space next to it, so you can start your hike through the wetlands of the North Polder from here. There is also an information board about the lock.

A bourgeois villa built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries by the family of Adolf Wagener, a Kostrzyn industrialist. One of the few buildings in Kostrzyn nad Odrą to survive the fighting for the city in 1945. It was originally located at Rackelmannstraße, at No. 19 (now Kopernika Street 1). The work of city architect Walter Hecht. The building's largest and most representative rooms were planned on the ground floor. This was where the owner, Adolf Wagener, could receive guests, work, and host receptions for the elite of society. The first floor housed living quarters – rooms for the household and a quiet retreat. The attic was used for utility and servants' quarters. As a result of the war, the façade suffered some damage, and the interior was looted. However, the building was in such good condition that it was decided to house the authorities of Polish Kostrzyn nad Odrą. Over the years, the villa served many functions, including: - a library, - a restaurant, - the City Hall, - a Private Art School Complex, - an art studio specializing in lithography, among other things, - a Wedding Palace. Wagener's Villa has been entered into the Municipal Register of Protected Properties.
