In the castle area, local drivers show little respect for cyclists. Unpleasant road incidents, from verbal altercations to collisions/accidents, are common. The route is beautiful nonetheless.

There's a large, free parking lot. Parking is easy. The road surface is also very good. It's close to the border crossing and cycling trails in Slovakia.

A great route with beautiful views

In my opinion, the absolute most beautiful view of Lake Czorsztyn. I was truly speechless and stood there and looked for a very long time. It is also possible that it is because of the fatigue with which I climbed this hill. Because regardless of whether you are going from Frydman or Niedzica, the ascent is quite tiring. Either way, it is worth going there, because even these beautiful photos do not do this view justice!
