This trail is an absolute gem, but little known. Beautifully situated - the views of the surroundings (gentle hills, fields) are soothing. It's worth riding on it - also with children, because the inclines are gentle! It's a shame it's so short. Maybe one day we'll see an extension to the west? And unfortunately, after a few years, the lack of budget for its maintenance becomes apparent. The sides are slowly overgrown with grass, and trees and bushes are hugging it ever tighter (as of July 2026). Hey owner municipalities - it's easier to maintain than to rebuild later! You know such a simple rule yourselves...

The modern bascule bridge connects Sobieszewo with the mainland and has replaced the former pontoon bridge since 2018. With its clean lines and a 173-meter-long structure, it is now Poland's largest drawbridge. From above, there is a wide view over the Dead Vistula and the flat landscape of the Sobieszewo Island – a short but rewarding viewpoint along any route. Bridge openings are announced acoustically; waiting times may occur in summer.

A beautifully made bike route. It leads to the top of the flood embankment. A view of the Vistula and the wild floodplains below the embankment. A beautiful place for a bike. Note - check the weather forecast before setting off (especially the wind speed - because it can blow quite hard here.) 😁 At the beginning of the route (on Sobieszewska Island) you can park your car (there is a small parking lot).

Nice path, sometimes strong wind and other times a frying pan from the sun.

The arcade house from 1720. Currently, it houses the seat of the Żuławy Gdańskie Association, which is the creator of many initiatives promoting Żuławy culture and architecture. The building itself is distinguished by an exceptionally rich drawing of the frame structure of the gables and the first floor. The house has retained the original interior layout with a high hall surrounded by a communication gallery, a black kitchen and a large room in the wing. An additional attraction for visitors to the Trutnów arcade is the open-air museum of miniatures located in the hall of the building, presenting several replicas of architectural objects characteristic of Żuławy architecture, all reconstructions were made on a scale of 1:100.
