The chateau in Świerzenko dates from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. In front of the building, on both sides of the street, there is a service yard of a former farm with preserved buildings. To the east of the castle there is a park with old trees including: beeches, spruces, ash trees, chestnuts and an avenue of hornbeams has been preserved. There is also a small pond by the palace. In 1739 Bogusław Urlich von Puttkamer was the owner of the property. It was later sold in 1740 and again in 1796. In the nineteenth century Grąsino was divided into two parts: A and B. Grąsino And in 1804 it belonged to the tenant Krause. In 1854 the property was bought by Ernst Ruolf Hübner. The last owners of this part of Grąsin were Theodor Deinet (1910), Sophie Deinet (1929) and Gertrud Schelten née Deinet (until 1945). Grąsino B in turn belonged to the administrator of Raddatz in 1804. In 1858 the estate was taken over by Johan Schulz after his father. This part of the estate was later taken over by August Nietzke auf Wareblow, who lived here until 1873. In 1910 the estate was passed to his son Soho Leo Wareblow. Grąbkowo B was later handed over to August's daughter Margarete von Duisburg together with Paprzyca (German: Papritzfelde). The last owner of the second part of the property was Elisabeth von Duisburg. Your name is mentioned in the freight transport address book in 1938. The brick mansion in Grąsin was built in 1852.
