A pumptrack is a specially designed, looped obstacle course used to improve cycling, scooter, rollerblading, or skateboarding technique. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that speed is gained and maintained not by pedaling or pushing with your feet, but through so-called "pumping" – a rhythmic body movement (bending and straightening of arms and legs) on a series of bumps and profiled turns.

The monastery complex in Mstów is one of the oldest and most interesting religious sites in the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. The monastery of the Lateran Canons was probably founded in the 13th century, although there are indications that its beginnings date back to the 12th century. The complex includes the Baroque Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary from the 18th century, preserved fragments of Gothic monastery buildings and fortifications with nine towers and a gate, which today serves as a bell tower. The painting of the Mother of God of Mstów and the picturesque location of the monastery on the Warta River are noteworthy.

Riding the so-called: path along the Warta; is hardcore - after such a trip the bike is only good for repairs /at the bicycle factory along the route/. I've been there. I do not recommend.

The Love Bench is a charming, romantic place located under a viaduct, where you can sit with your love of life and spend time together listening to the gurgles of the Stradomka River flowing nearby, contemplating the trains with Silesian coal majestically gliding towards the setting sun (i.e. towards Herby) and enjoying the rumble of trucks passing over our heads. There is a reasonable suspicion that this is the place Kurt Cobain sang about in the song "Something in the way". Be sure to visit this place! Fun fact 1: The Love Bench was created in response to the real needs of the local community, as it won the vote and was financed from the Częstochowa city budget (I voted for it myself) :) Fun fact 2: Before the Love Bench was created, this place housed a container for municipal bio-waste, which further enhances the sensual atmosphere of this charming place. TIP: If your significant other gets a bad rap, there is another bench right next to it, so you can change if necessary.
