The market square in Trzcińsko-Zdrój is paved with fine cobblestones. The historic town hall stands in its center, surrounded by low-rise tenement houses. One of them houses a restaurant. The flowerbed in the center of the square forms the base of the monument to the Franco-Prussian War (1870-1871).

The first town hall in Trzcińsko (probably wooden) was built in the 13th century. The current building dates from the 15th century. In the 16th century, it was adorned with late Gothic gables. The rooms feature cross-ribbed vaults, with the exception of the former courtroom, which has reticulated vaults and 16th-century polychrome. Over the centuries, the building has been renovated, rebuilt, and rebuilt numerous times, changing its appearance. Only the town hall's foundations remain unchanged. Extensive renovations were carried out after the Thirty Years' War, in the second half of the 17th century, and at the turn of the 20th century. The last significant renovation was carried out in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

The Myśliborska Gate is the best-preserved element of the medieval fortifications of Trzcińsko-Zdrój, built in the early 14th century. It served a defensive, control and observation function – it was equipped with a portcullis, massive doors and embrasures, and the entrance was only from the city walls. Built of stone and brick, the tower is topped with a characteristic octagonal porch. In the past, the gate was preceded by a narrow, closed corridor with additional fortifications. Today, it is one of the most interesting monuments in the town and a great landmark on the bicycle route through Trzcińsko-Zdrój.

Very nicely maintained place Unfortunately, the options in the city are very limited. Some days there isn't even coffee in the cafe, even though the opening times say it's open?

The first church was probably built in the 13th century by the Templars of Quartschen. After the order was dissolved in 1312, the Knights Templar took over the property. It is known that the church served as a parish in 1405. After 1540, the church became Protestant when Margrave Johann von Küstrin took over the commandery of Quartschen. In 1624, a tower was added to the nave. In 1758, the church was partially destroyed during the Battle of Zorndorf. In 1825, a new church was built from granite stones and bricks in the neo-Gothic style, with a rectangular floor plan and a separate choir inside. The old stone walls were partly used in the construction and then plastered. The first reconstruction took place in 1832. The tower, designed by Karl Friedrich Schinkel, was rebuilt in 1892 after the previous fire (burned down by lightning in 1890).
