Racine is a very clean city with magnificent beaches, friendly people and a lot of lakefront restaurants that invite one to park the bicycle, sit on the terrace, relax to the sounds of the lake, order a meal and a nice beer or glas of wine to enjoy the ambiance. The surface is nice, but there are also pedestrians sharing the path, ride slowly.
