Since there isn't a specific "Kasbachbahn Avenue" (the Kasbachbahn is a famous historic cog railway in Austria that runs alongside the Kasbach stream), these comments focus on the beautiful journey between Jenbach and Maurach (Achensee). https://www.barkingo.com

As with many (view)points whose name contains the component „Ley“, the naming (from the origin of the word) indicates slate as the underlying rock. Since we are here – geologically speaking – in the „Rheinische Schiefergebirge“ (Rhenish Slate Mountains), the number of corresponding „Ley“ places is not surprising, but the fact that we find no slate at this spot, but are standing on a basalt rock, is indeed surprising.

The Rhine-Westerwald Nature Park is a protected area and hiking region of approximately 470 km² located east of the Rhine. It encompasses tranquil forests, idyllic stream and river valleys (including the Wied Valley), rare animal and plant species, and historical remnants such as Roman border fortifications (Limes). Nearly half of its area is forested, and therefore numerous hiking trails, including tree-lined paths, offer diverse nature experiences. https://www.changehealthcare.com.co

The Kasbach Valley would be just one of many small, wildly romantic but insignificant side valleys of the great river of "Father Rhine" were it not for the connection from Kasbach - located between the Erpeler Ley and Linz am Rhein - to the heights of Kalenborn, which is valued by many railway nostalgia enthusiasts.
