Eagle Lake Trail is a paved trail with traffic lines following the Oklahoma River from Eagle Lake to the dam at First American's Boulevard. The trail ends where the Oklahoma Greenway trail system passes by, giving trail users the option of connecting this trail to others. It consists of two stylized gates bearing the times "9:01" and "9:03" (the explosion happened at 9:02) flanking a rectangular lake. There are 168 chairs on the sides, one for each person killed in the attack.
