Here, you’ll pass by Willow Pond and the Village of Hewlett Bay Park. The pond is very charming, with some swans living in it. Enjoy the water views.

Enjoy all the Park has to offer! Besides the baseball field, basketball court, tennis courts, and .22 mile running track, a volleyball court has been set up on the grass and two all- weather tennis courts have also been lined to accommodate four pickle ball courts.

I would not consider this a destination, nor a point of exploration. It's a sanctuary for those who live nearby and an oasis for those of us passing through, which includes cyclists and birds. It's a cool and refreshing treat when making your way between points of nature. If it's convenient add it to your route.

The southeastern-most point in NYC β€” the beach here faces the Atlantic Ocean where it meets Reynolds Channel, and is accessible via riding on the paved boardwalk all the way from Belle Harbor.
