Workers' housing with utility rooms-storage sheds of the Joint-Stock Company Karol Wilhelm Scheibler Cotton Manufactories. It is part of the Księży Młyn Estate. This is an estate of workers' housing built in stages between 1873-1875. The main core consists of 18 residential buildings, arranged in 3 rows of 6 houses each, along with utility buildings. The main avenue of the estate is closed by the building of the former school and the former company store (the so-called Konsumy). The building of the former fire station adjoins the estate from the west. The workers' estate is complemented by a group of residential buildings on Fabryczna Street and Przędzalniana Street. The entire complex is characterized by an unchanged, regular urban and communication layout with partially preserved cobblestone pavements. In the majority of the buildings, the external form has been preserved in its nineteenth-century guise. In most cases, the layout of the rooms in the workers' apartments has also remained unchanged.

A small cemetery with several dozen graves of Soviet and Polish soldiers who fell, among others, on January 19, 1945, during the assault on Łódź. Between 1945 and 1992, the Monument of Gratitude to the Red Army stood next to it. During the dismantling of the monument, further remains of Soviet officers were found underneath, which were buried in the neighboring cemetery.
