Don't take this trip lightly! Difficult but very rewarding! A must-do experience if you're in the area!

A short distance from Bar Trail, this smaller waterfall from Ruxton Creek is worth the detour. It's not well-known and is less traveled in the area, making it a hidden gem. It's a perfect place to stop at the end of your hike to soak your feet in the cold mountain water.

You have plenty of stunning views that unfold throughout your journey to this summit. Be sure to keep an eye out for the sight of Pikes Peak. Additionally, stay attentive to the wildlife encounters you may have, including sightings of deer, rabbits, and squirrels along the trail.
