Whittier Narrows is located at a gap in the mountains that make up the southern edge of the San Gabriel Valley. The fulcrum of this park are the three main lakes namely Legg Lake, Centre Lake and North Lake. All three have trails going around them. It is a beautiful area to spend some time at no matter what your sport but a run around the three lakes is a great way to spend a training session.
