The sculpture depicts "living-giving science" according to its artist, Marco Cochrane. It stands 24 feet tall, and was erected in front of biotech company Genesis Towers in 2020 to represent their mission. It shows a man and woman standing on top of a DNA strand, holding their hands in the shape of a heart.

This 2,400-acre park stands as an oasis of open space, right on the fringes of San Francisco. The highest point of the ridge is just over 1,300 feet (almost 400 meters) in elevation, and the views are great!

This building's 245-foot clock tower makes it a great landmark. While yes, you can still catch an actual ferry here (or at least get your tickets), the building also contains a marketplace with an electic selection of restaurants, and there is a wildly farmer's market just next door.

This small park on the waterfront places a little barrier of greenery between the San Francisco Bay Trail and the highway, and features a small wooden pier. From the fishing pier you look out across the water to San Fran's industrial Central Basin waterfront.

At an elevation of 1,319 feet, San Bruno Mountain shoots up from sea level to the top of the state park in just a handful of miles. The main road through the heart of the park gets steep near the top, but the panoramic views of the ocean and hillsides makes it all worth the effort.
