De Groene Raat, the current information center, is actually a 400-year-old farmhouse at Harreweg 19 in Kethel (the first resident in 1656 was a certain Ary Aryen Ham, and the last in 1902, Leendert de Raat). Model gardens have now been created around the farmhouse. De Groene Raat is open weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, when a staff member is present. You can then browse at your leisure and gather ideas. The Tea Garden at De Groene Raat is open every Wednesday and Sunday afternoon from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, weather permitting.
