The square is very nice, but the boat passage through which we had to cross the river was closed, without any notice anywhere. A sign with the 4 days of celebration, a very long schedule and an addition that said that it would be closed if the necessary weather conditions were not there. I don't know what conditions the day has to have for it to be open, but it seems like a hair rush. We had to do 20 km of stress.

The embankment of Miravet is the best viewpoint of the castle and Miravet ancient town. Don’t forget to follow the trails upto the castle for the other best views and to see the ancient castle.

The castle of Móra d'Ebre is of Arab origin and dates from the 11th century. Currently, part of the walls, a tower, a terrace and some rooms are preserved. It is worth visiting the ruins of the castle, as they also act as a viewpoint of the surroundings as they are located on a promontory.
