Nice and easy trail inside the forest that goes between trees, with a lot of flow. You have to be careful because you can find cyclists coming from the front that you don't see because of the vegetation and the curves it has.

Road without exit since in the middle of the road there are many bee hives that prevent passage, so it is better at the previous intersection to exit onto the road

One of the 5 lime kilns that we can find in the Fontanars dels Alforins area, on the so-called Lime Route. In 1960, the mechanization and industrialization of lime kilns began, and they went from working in small ones, spread across the Fontanars mountains, to working in larger kilns, located in strategic points and separating themselves from the rural area. Thus, in 1990 all the rural ovens had already stopped working. It has been 25 years, at best, since these kilns were abandoned, but we still find 30 of these calç forns scattered throughout the municipality of Fontanars. Time has not passed in vain, but still, we found five interesting Lime Routes to explore:

This path goes up the bank of the Cáñoles River up a steep climb. It is a clear example of the rugged orography of this area. If you need to avoid steep slopes, you can detour along the road. It's more boring, but less demanding.

Pou Clar in Ontinyent is a beautiful river landscape that creates a dreamlike backdrop. Just stop for a moment and enjoy the great impressions. The Clariano river rises here in the Sierra de l'Ombria and the natural pools have created a unique landscape. The geology of the area has created these round bodies of water over time and each has its own name. They are called Pou dels Esclaus, Pou Clar, Pou Gelat, Pou de la Reixa, Pou Fosc and Pou dels Cavalls.
