A new footbridge connects the eastern end of Île Pinette to the path through the woods that leads to the mouth of the Goulaine River. Eventually, hikers, joggers, and mountain bikers will be able to travel from Île Forget to Île Pinette and the Longue-Mine nature reserve, all the way to the Bellevue bridge. Fording depends on the water level of the river. Very nice place for lunch or a picnic.

An absolutely beautiful site, but difficult to access by bike. You can cross, but the footbridge is too narrow (for my bike anyway) and you have to push the bike vertically. Obviously impossible with panniers.

So far, I've only visited this place in winter (at night). So, I wasn't able to get the best view of this small park.
