Nestled in the heart of a wooded and preserved valley, the **Ruisseau de l'Étang Hervé** is a small, picturesque watercourse that calmly winds its way through the countryside before feeding the Gesvres. It is a true haven of freshness and biodiversity, particularly appreciated by hikers for the peaceful and intimate atmosphere it offers along its shaded trails. This wooden decking and footbridges that allow crossing the wetland and protected area of the **Marais du Ruisseau de l'Étang Hervé** were installed recently. The development work for this pedestrian path was awarded at the end of 2018 and the construction site was finalized and delivered between **late 2020 and early 2021** by the local company *Bois Loisirs Créations*. It is a superb structure that allows you to enjoy the coolness of the marsh without sinking into the mud and without damaging the ecosystem!

Beautiful, smooth ride between Ligné and Carquefou, in complete safety (you cross a few roads) and shaded. Be careful to slow down when negotiating the entrances/exits; the layout is rather narrow at the barriers.

What on earth is wrong with the people who designed this greenway with its dozens and dozens of barriers? It quickly becomes unbearable and spoils all the fun of a greenway.

A fairly large pond on the Erdre River, which can be cycled around. Several picnic tables are located at the western end of the lake. You'll find a water tap in the parking lot.
