Correction to my tip: Asphalt with mixed traffic, for residents, but I couldn't see where the residents wanted to go. It's a shame, some sections of the asphalt are no longer in such good condition.

From this belvedere, also called belvedere of the Virgin, you can see the town of Châtillon which forms an arc of a circle, following the shape of the rock. In the distance, you can admire the entire green expanse of the Ain valley.

Unfortunately we only drove this section, but a fantastic route on an old railway line in the Jura between Lons-le-Saunier and Châtillon. Perfect asphalt and some illuminated tunnel routes.
