Originally built as a hunters' cabin, this structure serves also as a free bivouac shelter for hikers. The facilities are strictly basic and spartan, designed purely for essential shelter. Key Information for Hikers: Sleeping Arrangements: There are no beds or mattresses. Sleeping spaces consist of bare concrete slabs, so bringing a good quality sleeping pad and a warm sleeping bag is essential. Water Supply: Water is available from two rainwater collection tanks. Please note that this is untreated rainwater and must be filtered or boiled before drinking.

Very beautiful beach in the center of Biarritz. Supervised swimming is possible on a very small part because it is dangerous. Especially reserved for surfers.

It's not really a trail run since 90% of the route is on roads. But the views are very beautiful.

Here you can find fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, as well as meat, sausages and cheeses, and fresh French bread. We ate freshly grilled squid with fresh baguette. It was truly delicious and worth a visit, as they also served a variety of other freshly prepared dishes.
