Nice morning walk, not too difficult, with a passage by the Fort du Mont Vaudois

During this hilly route which combines asphalted parts, gravel and sometimes "single track", you will discover pretty panoramas. Be careful, from the place called "Les Baraques", we had planned to cross the "bois des Bouillets" via a path marked on the map. However, this path has disappeared under vegetation and is no longer passable. It is therefore useless to go to the place called Les Baraques as the route plans, otherwise you will have to turn back.

The banks of the Doubs are a wonderful place for a bike ride. At this loop, the river is paralleled by the pretty Rhone-Rhine canal.

If you're looking for a peaceful, scenic hike in the countryside, you can visit the Étang des Princes, a series of ponds that were once part of the Duchy of Montbéliard. You can admire the changing colors of the trees and the reflections of the water as you walk around the ponds.
