From the parking lot at the Furka Pass, an old military road leads across to the foot of the Mutt Glacier. The stony gravel path climbs slightly, but is nowhere too steep. The summit, visible ahead on the right, is the Tällistock. In the basin, a few meltwater streams have to be crossed, carrying more or less water depending on the season.
