Nice walk with a beautiful waterfall at the end. However, the path is not maintained and slippery, which is quite difficult with young children.

Pre-Romanesque church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste from the 9th century (M.H.). The abbey church was reserved for monks. Parishioners only had access to it during special events. From the 9th century there was a church reserved for the worship of the inhabitants and dedicated to Saint John the Baptist. The building has been remodeled several times and the current church probably dates from the 15th century. Its comb wall bell tower is even more recent. It was the subject of a major restoration campaign in the 1980s, including very pretty frescoes. Today it is used as an exhibition hall and for concerts. (Wikipedia en)

This small village has a specific culinary specialty in Mézenc. If you want to taste the best local meat, you've come to the right place. The town is located in the heart of the territory of the protected designation of origin of Fin Gras. Fin Gras du Mézenc is a marbled beef. The animals are raised on hay and grass and fattened for two winters with natural mountain hay produced locally. This gives it all its specificity.

Unfortunately blocked! Due to the lack of railings, it is also not entirely harmless.
